How to Invest?

10,000 YieldState Keys with 3 unique tiers are offered to be minted on the Solana Blockchain. Owners of a YieldState NFT "KEY" directly own a proportional 0.01% of the overall LAND asset base portfolio. Our assets are backed by an investment portfolio of tangible LAND assets in the Sandbox & Decentraland.

Our Keys Collection

The YieldState “KEY” NFT has 3 unique tiers and are randomly distributed at mint.

Each individual “KEY” is entitled to 0.01% of the overall LAND portfolio with additional utility based on the Tier.

 

As with other NFT projects, design characteristics of the key will reflect the level of premium rarity 20% fee of capital gains, no fixed management fee.

  • Deploy 40% of project proceeds into Tier 1 Metaverse projects (20% Sandbox, 20% Decentraland) to further build out the LAND portfolio

 

  • Engage in-house team of architects & developers to build infrastructure (YieldState shopping malls) on top of the LAND portfolio to increase sale value & generate yield - open attractions to the public

 

  • Yieldstate Consultancy - outreach to obtain partnerships/rental agreements with corporate brands to sell store advertisement space within our LAND portfolio for additional monetization opportunities 

 

  • Build public awareness of the project by demonstrating our track record to deliver on returns & solicit brand partnerships

RETURNING VALUE & PUBLIC MINT

2022 ONWARDS

  • Quarterly valuation statement of LAND portfolio to be published on website (based on latest secondary market transaction data)
     

  • Deploy the 25% of proceeds under the tactical pool into seed investment opportunities in promising upcoming Metaverse projects which could take see institutional adoption 

 

  • Public round mint in 6 months after proof of concept established - targeting ~US$8m for remaining 8,000 keys (10 Solana per “KEY”)

 

  • Listing of NFT “KEYS” on secondary marketplaces (OpenSea, Magic Eden) after public mint event for liquidity

 

  • NFT holders will be entitled to selected exclusive events and product discounts based on the appropriate Tier “KEY” held for additional utility
